Alexa Bliss, Nikki Cross Tag Team Champions

04/06/2020

Bliss & Cross battled their way convincingly by defeating The kabuki Warriors. Alexa Bliss called out the Kabuki Warriors a month ago stating that they were hiding at RAW. Asuka was involved in singles matches with Becky Lynch and was in the Elimination Chamber match where she was defeated by Shayna Baszler.

Asuka interfered in a match that resulted in Bayley and Sasha Banks to win over Bliss and Cross. Last week, Bliss defeated Asuka in a fair match.

Now that Bliss and Cross are the tag team champions, what will be next for them? There are no rumors about what will happen next. However, there can be a few possibilities for them.

If Bayley would have lost her title, it would be logical for Sasha Banks and Bayley to start a feud with Bliss and Cross. On March 13, 2020, Bayley and Banks defeated them with Asuka's assistance. Bliss and Cross are the two-time champions but Bayley and Banks believed they are the real star power of WWE.

At WrestleMania, we had seen Naomi and Lacey Evans working together despite being a fatal-5-way elimination. Should they become tag teams would be significant but not enough to stop Little Miss Bliss and The Best of the Galaxy.

The Kabuki Warriors can regroup and reconsolidate and have a rematch. But, is it worth it? As stated before, Asuka has been running solo while Kairi Sane recuperated from injury and returned from her wedding.

The IIconics have been out for a long time. Their last match was on November 18, 2019, when they lost to Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair. They lost their tag team titles to Bliss and Cross in a four-way elimination tag team championship match.

I wonder if there will be a women's tag team tournament across the WWE (RAW, Smackdown, and NXT). The tag team division needs a reboot.
