Cody Rhodes made his decision

The #WeWantCody won its battle all over social media, which resulted in significant changes in the WrestleMania Kickoff in Las Vegas. Cody Rhodes chose Roman Reigns in an attempt to finish his story at WrestleMania 40. Rhodes is a two-time Royal Rumble winner, earning his spot in the main event. However, The Rock was not pleased with Rhodes' decision.

Furthermore, Roman Reigns opened the door of badmouthing Rhodes..."You're irrelevant, just like your dad." Rhodes countered by stating if Reigns or Rock's grandfather were still alive and present, they would be ashamed of them. The Rock took it as an insult and slapped Cody.

It is difficult to know what angle this will carry to the Elimination Chamber or WrestleMania. The Rock and Roman Reigns as tag teams are the best choice. But Rhodes would need a partner since Seth Rollins is unable to compete. Jey Uso could be a target for Rhodes to partner with.

Then again, Jey Uso is seeking an Intercontinental Championship match against the champion, Gunther.
