John Cena Returns to Smackdown

It's the day after the Super Showdown Pay Per View Event and one week after Sunday for the Elimination Chamber. Legends return, the stars are shining, and the unfortunate of superstars trying to rise are at a halt. Tonight, Smackdown will be in Boston, Massachussetes with the special return of John Cena. How will the aftermath of Super Showdown effect tonight's event? Here is my prediction.

John Cena returns to Smackdown and people are wondering who Cena will face at WrestleMania. If Cena chooses to wrestle at the grandest stage, maybe these superstars will accept the challenge:

Baron Corbin - Cena defeated Corbin at Madison Square Garden (MSG) on December 26, 2018. With Corbin losing to Roman Reigns, he does not have a storyline. Corbin can use his crown to an advantage and try to exile Cena-Nation. The storyline will be..."Cena does not belong here..."

Daniel Bryan - Bryan has lost his touch and is very different after his loss with the Fiend. The two can see things differently and create a match. Cena lost his world title to Bryan at Summerslam 2013.

Elias - Elias has a storyline built with Sami Zayn, Cesaro and Shinske Nakamura. Braun Strowman is his ally. WWE can change it and Cena and Elias can settle their differences. Cena and Elias had a one time episode at WrestleMania 35 where Cena appeared with his Thug-a-nomics.

Triple H - Could Cena call out Triple H for one last time on the grandest stage. This does not make sense since Cena defeated Triple H at the Greatest Royal Rumble PPV in 2018.

Shinske Nakamura - Speculating that the turn of events can bring Sheamus to challenge Braun Strowman, Cena can have a rematch with Nakamura. He lost to him on August 1st, and never had a rematch.

Elimination Chamber - Goldberg is the new Universal Champion. Since the legends have an itch, why not add Cena to the next PPV and challenge five other superstars to get their ticket into WrestleMania. Cena does mention that one should earn their right by working very hard.

The Fiend - The Fiend lost to Goldberg and maybe considered unsettled and dangerous. Cena pumps up the crowd and The Fiend returns and executes the maniclaw.

Goldberg - new Universal Champion. No details to back up this possible meet.
