Jurius trained under Tony DeVito before debuting in 1997. He wrestled for various independent promotions where he was successful. N. Heel from heelbynature.com, reported that he was a mainstray on the New York independent scene prior to joining Ring Of Honor in 2002. On September 21, 2002, ROH Unscripted, Xavier defeated Low Ki by pinfall to become the new ROH World Heavyweight Champion. He defended the title five times until losing to Samoa Joe. Ringside News reported that his final match was in 2016 for ICW.
