Northeast Wrestling Holiday Havoc 2022 - A night to remember

"The best way to cheer yourself is to try to cheer someone else up."- Mark Twain.  In Northeast Wrestling, Holiday Havoc, Traevon Jordan relinquished his title due to injury and unavailable to compete.  A tournament was established to determine the new world champion.

In August 2022, Jordan won the Over The Top Rumble to become the number one contender for the Northeast Wrestling Heavyweight Championship.  He would go through obstacles with the deceitful champion Dan Maff with his manager Vito.  However, last October, Jordan defeated Maff to become the new champion, snapping Maff's 994 consecutive day run.

At Holiday Havoc, it came down to Matt Taven, JT Dunn, and Flip Gordon in a triple-threat match.  Taven secured the win to become the new champion.  Jordan presented the new champion with the title in an emotional event that sent the fans home happy.

Other match card results:

Flip Gordon defeated Brad Hollister

Kerr defeated Chris Battle

Dan Maff and Brian Anthony double disqualified and ejected from the tournament of champions.

JT Dunn defeated Ron Zombie

The Victorium (BRG, Brick City Boyz, and Luca Chase) defeated Battle Academy & Miracle Generations

Tina San Antonio defeated Tiara James

KC Navarro successfully retained the NEW Live title in a triple-threat match against Alec Price and RJ Rude

Northeast Wrestling will host "Over The Top" on January 14.  Lorenzo Vendetta vs Greg Baylor.  Baylor has to answer his actions when he made Battle Academy & Miracle Generation lose the 8-man tag match.  Dan Maff and Brian Anthony will battle in a strap match.  Plus, Over The Top Rumble.
