Northeast Wrestling Spring Slam Tour result

In a surprising turn of events, Brad Hollister and JT Dunn defeated Waves and Braids (Jaylen Brandyn and Encore) in a tag team title match for the NEW Tag Team Championship on Saturday night. The victory snapped Brandyn's 427-day title reign, which was originated by Waves & Curls (with Traevon Jordan).

Hollister and Dunn become the first Triple Crown Kings of Northeast Wrestling. Both had won the Heavyweight and Live championships. Now, they both share the triple crown and continue their path of success. Their next opponent and first tag team title defense will be against Matt Taven (NEW Heavyweight Champion) and former champion, Mr. Northeast Wrestling Brian Anthony, next Saturday at Hat City Havoc in Danbury, Connecticut.

KC Navarro (C)  defeated Kylon King - NEW Live Championship

The opening match was spectacular as they set the tempo for the rest of the match cards.  Navarro continues his title reign thru this Saturday, marking 259 days as champion.  He will defend his title by squaring off against The Victorium's Lucas Chase.  

Victorious BRG defeated Lorenzo Vendetta

Vendetta sought revenge from their first meet at Heat Wave 2022.  However, BRG carried on with his "Sweet Victory" by executing a spear and signature move for the pin.  BRG demonstrated leadership by being victorious to his newly improved faction.  

Victorium winners in six man tag team match.

Lucas Chase and the Brick City Boyz were winners in their respective match.  However, the biggest talk is about superstar Landon Hale.  Hale made his NEW debut, 7 months out of action due to injury.  Hale administered a few adjustments but was outlasted by the experience faction.  

RJ Rude defeated Zane Bernardo

Rude overcame and ended the brotherly rival match in a no disqualified street fight match.  

Brad Baylor defeated Dustin "Flash" Waller

Love, Doug defeated Vargas

Tina San Antonio defeated Kelly Madan

San Antonio wins the first match of round one for the crown, NEW Women's Championship.  More to follow on this tournament.

Matt Taven (C) defeated Kerr - NEW Heavyweight Championship
