RAW Preview 06.15

Backlash is the past and the WWE is set on the next PPV, Extreme Rules.  WWE Announced that Randy Orton will open Raw tonight.  Orton and Edge fought long and hard in what suppose to be The Greatest Wrestling Match Ever.  Ric Flair is also going to make an appearance.  The 16-time World Champion (WCW & WWE combined) may add some flavor in Orton's introduction or will he have a big surprise for him.

Drew McIntyre defeated Bobby Lashley at Backlash.  Thanks to Lana, she cost the chance for Lashley to win the WWE Championship.  WWE has a scheduled match that will include WWE Champion McIntyre and 24/7 Champion R-Truth against Bobby Lashley and MVP.  Will Lana apologize to Lashley? Will a new upcoming star take the 24/7 title?  Could we have a match set between McIntyre and Lashley for Extreme Rules?

Dominik Mysterio will be at the show tonight to confront The Messiah, Seth Rollins.  A few weeks ago, Dominik stated "eye for an eye."  Could Dominik get into a match with one of Rollins' disciples? Will Rey Mysterio make a surprise entrance and get his revenge?

WWE Champion Asuka and Nia Jax have unfinished business.  Their match at Backlash ended in a double count-out. Could we see a match tonight for the WWE Raw Women's Championship?  Or, will Charlotte Flair intervene and cause chaos in a trio?

Apollo Crews defeated Andrade and retained the United States Championship.  We can thank Kevin Owens for taking care of business by taking out Angel Garza.  Crews had mention that he would defend the title each week.  Despite his promises, I can see Owens and Garza match up tonight.  The winner can be the next number one contender against Crews' title.

Lastly, Sasha Banks and Bayley won their triple threat match to retain their tag team titles over The IIconics and Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross.  A promo to head to NXT can be a great way to get more viewers to tune in for Wednesday night as they defend their titles against Shotzi Blackheart and Tegon Nox.
