Ta'Amu Leads The Way for Battlehawks

St Louis Battlehawk (3-1) defeated the Seattle Dragons (1-3) 23-16 as Jordan Ta'Amu led his team with 20-of-27 pass completions, 264 passing yards, one touchdown pass. He ran 16 times for 63 rushing yards. On the defense side, Dexter McCoil (Safety) led the team with six tackles and Will Hill (Safety) had the only turnover as he caught an interception from Dragons' QB BJ Daniels.

BJ Daniels started in the second half, replacing Brandon Silvers. The offense was productive under Daniels' leadership. Daniels went 5-of-10 pass completions, 100 passing yards, and one touchdown. The touchdown came in the fourth quarter, 2nd down, 9 yards to go at the St Louis 10 yard line, with 13:18 remaining. Daniels threw a short middle pass to WR Evan Rodriguez for the score. A questionable call to go for three points failed when Alonzo Moore dropped the pass that could have added more. The score remained 20-16.

Week 5: Dragons travel to Houson; Battlehawks travel to DC Defenders.
