WWE Review and Reaction
The show begins with a contract signing hosted by Samoa Joe. The Messiah Seth Rollins and Rey Mysterio's son, Dominick enter the ring. Rollins adds a stipulation for Dominick. He is allowed to use whatever tools needed in the match.
Seth Rollins defeated Humberto Carrillo.
The match did not take long. Rollins curb stomped to victory. After the match, Dominick was caught by surprise from Murphy. He dragged him in the ring and with Rollins, double team Dominick. They hit him hard with the kendo sticks. Front and back they took turns while Dominick hung with his arms between the ropes. Dominick as left laid out in the middle of the ring after a brutal beating.
Angelo Dawkins defeated Andrade
In quick summary, Zelina Vega tried to distract the referee but encountered Bianca Belair. That allowed Dawkins to finish off Andrade for the win.
Bianca Belair defeated Zelina Vega
This was a good victory for Belair. She dominated the match and gave Vega the KOD for the win. However, this still does not answer the question as to who poisoned Montez Ford? Vega continued to defend her actions and state she is innocent. She has nothing to do with Ford.
MVP's VIP Lounge
MVP went to rant about his loss to Apollo Crews last week. He believes their is a conspiracy. "Apollo never beat me. The Lights beat me." Crews came out holding the new United States Championship around his right shoulder.
Shelton Benjamin defeated Apollo Crews
Thanks to Bobby Lashley distracting Crews, Benjamin was able to roll up Crews for the win. The win is a surprise in which a win for Crews would had elevated him in preparation for Summerslam. We are two weeks away from Summerslam so he may get a victory next week.
The Viking Raiders, Cedric Alexander & Ricochet vs Ninjas
R-Truth tricks Akira Tozawa to win the 24/7 Title.
Peyton Royce defeated Liv Morgan
There seems to be trust issues with Morgan and Riot. Royce took advantage with the help from Kay to win the match. Morgan thought Riot in some way was trying to interfere with the match. She did not see Kay about to do something. Royce hit Morgan from behind and scored the win.
*I believe Morgan and Riot will somehow reconcile their differences and be a tag team. The women's division need more tag teams to elevate the division. The tag team division is a stalemate with lack of teams to chase the titles.
The Raw Underground
Riddick Moss wins his match. The match had a referee but it looks as though it is a no holds barred match.
Asuka defeated Bayley
This match was a great battle. It was not quite so clean for Asuka as Sasha Banks found ways to make hell for her. Bayley and Asuka had many reversals, submission locks, and their chemistry is above par. At the end, Asuka made Bayley tap for the win. Asuka will face Sasha Banks at Summerslam.
Raw Underground continues
Shayna Baszler made her way to the dark side and out-wrestled three superstars at the same time. She is the real monster and she let it all out.
Randy Orton vs. Kevin Owens
Both superstars gave an epic match. But like Orton states in his promos, the famous letters in the business is R K O! And Orton delivered the RKO with the win.
After the match, Orton became the legend killer again as he punted away Ric Flair.
Clearly that girl isn't very smart she's wearing that ugly shit and trying to fight Shayna— A WORK IN PROGRESS (@AWIPOD) August 11, 2020
