WWE Survivor Series Match Cards 2020

WWE Survivor Series is an annual event that is held before Thanksgiving holiday. Last year, WWE had three brands (Raw, Smackdown, and NXT) go to war with the main event being a triple threat match between Raw Women's Champion Becky Lynch, Smackdown Women's Champion Bayley, and NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler. Majority of the matches were triple threat matches that led NXT to dominate.

This year, the pandemic took a turn and it made sense to ensure the safety of everyone to isolate in their own perspective areas. Raw and Smackdown will compete against each other while NXT gets ready to host their PPV event, War Games on December 6, 2020.

Survivor Series is the second longest running PPV event behind WrestleMania and is one of the top four along with Royal Rumble, and Summerslam. It is most significant that 30 years ago, The Undertaker was born. He made his debut on November 22, 1990. Undertaker was the mystery partner of Ted DiBiase's Million Dollar Team. Tonight, the WWE will make an official retirement ceremony throughout the show on the Undertaker. There will be special guests, current superstars and more to acknowledge Undertaker as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time.

And as we focus on the greatest, the current matchups for tonight's PPV will battle to see who is the current best champion of 2020. Here are the following match cards:

Kickoff Show

The Dual-Brand Battle Royal

The Event

5-on-5 Men's Survivor Series Elimination Match

Raw - Braun Strowman, Keith Lee, Sheamus, Riddle, and AJ Styles

Smackdown - Seth Rollins, King Corbin, Kevin Owens, Jey Uso, and Otis.

Which team will overcome their own obstacles and get a win for their brand?

5-on-5 Womens Elimination match

Raw - Nia jax, Shayna Baszler, Lacey Evans, Peyton Royce, and Lana

Smackdown - Bayley, Natalya, Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott, and Bianca Belair

Mandy Rose was supposed to be in Team Raw. Due to her injury, she is out along with Dana Brooke.

Champion vs Champion Match

United States Champion Bobby Lashley vs Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn

Lashley might be the bad-ass in the ring but Zayn is the smartest individual in the business. How can Zayn outsmart Lashley in this match? Or will Lashley apply the full nelson for the tapout?

Tag Team Champions match

The New Day vs The Street Profits

This matchup can be the most talked about, and potentially steal the show, tag team event in WWE history. The New Day are no strangers at this level of competition. They were able to defeat The Usos as they were in the same caliber. The Street Profits feel that the New Day is the pass and they are ready to be the tag team of now and for the future.

Champion vs Champion

Asuka (Raw) will match with Sasha Banks (Smackdown). In their last meeting, Asuka took back the Raw Women's championship from Banks. In a one-on-one match, with no interference, Banks has not been able to put away Asuka. Also, Banks will have to look behind her throughout the match to make sure Carmella does not commit to a sneak attack as she has done so in the last two weeks of Smackdown.

Champion vs Champion

Drew McIntyre vs Roman Reigns

Drew defeated Randy Orton to become a two-time champion. That set up a match with Reigns in the main event tonight. Both champions have history with one another. And while both claim to be the face of the WWE, Reigns has dominated Drew throughout their tenure in the WWE. There is something about this match that may lead for the WWE Universe to say, "I did not see this coming," similar to Summerslam. Regardless, this match will be epic.
